This is necessary because physical fitness is the basis for all successful human movement activities. The activities included should not be too strenous or too demanding considering the age and abilities of the student (if it's in a school environment). The examples of fitness activities are press up, sit up, cross country races, circuit training, bench stepping, pull ups etc.
